Moreton Bay Sea Farms believe that fresh is always best, especially when it comes to oysters. Straddie Oysters provides a farm to plate experience, distributing native Moreton Bay Rock Oysters to restaurants, clubs and functions located within the Moreton Bay, Brisbane and Gold Coast Regions.
Moreton Bay Sea Farms distribute bulk fresh wholeshell oysters during harvest season (Spring-Summer). At our farm we take pride in ensuring our vendors receive fresh, live produce to the agreed location. Whether you require a one off bulk order or ongoing weekly order, Straddie Oysters is available to discuss your needs.
Moreton Bay Rock Oysters are seasonal oysters, as the weather changes the oysters need time to spawn and replenish their creamy white meat. Factors that may change the oyster condition are weather events and cold winter seasons.
